Snoop Blog on Reading: Words to Savor, Rhyming Flavor.

AI is fine for the good it brings, but you’ve still got to learn to make sense of things.

It’s like driving around town; hey, I don’t stress. I always know that I can turn to my GPS.

But I confess!

I know someday my device won’t work. But I won’t be sitting there like a jerk.

I know a thing about directions, and to say the least. I can get around from North to South to West to East.

Yes, AI’s fine for the good it brings, but you’ve still got to learn to make sense of things.

You need to learn how to stand up for yourself. Because guess what? You count as much as anyone else.

You need to learn the words to say what’s on your mind—and build the confidence to say them most anytime.

And the courage you need to step out on your own? Well, you’ll never get that from a tablet or phone.

AI? It’s fine for the good is brings! But you’ve still got to learn to make sense of things.

If you’re reading this blog and you’ve come this far, you’re doing fine because your reading is up to par.

And you’ve learned something that AI can’t lay any claim to—using both sides of your brain.

You see the left side helps us with our words, our ideas and patterns—all we’ve seen and heard.

The right side helps us to see and feel our emotions, both imagined and real.

Both sides help us do wonderful work. You can search, but you won’t find a finer machine on earth.

Your mind can guide you down smooth and rough roads.

It doesn’t need an upgrade.

It doesn’t need a download.

And what helps you paint a picture and then process code?

AI is fine for the good it brings, but you’ve still got to learn to make sense of things.

So read on! From a grocery list to Oliver Twist.

Reading’s an opportunity on which you should never miss!

Read up about history, poetry, geometry.

Read about AI and ChatGPT.

Read short stories and read all day long.

It keeps your mind strong, makes you wise, keen and driven.

It helps you use all those talents that you’ve been given.

And you can't get that from some algorithm.

So, let’s never forget where all intelligence begins: Before AI there was the b-r-A-I-n!
